The food was awful and extremely limited. Hard cold muffins. Turkey and ham sliders cut in half and bags of chips. The staff were awful. I asked if I was being paged and they said no but when I was walking to the gate I could hear the airline paging me. The history channel was on the TV showing awful graphic photos of war. I asked for it to be changed but no one did the entire time. I was an awful experience. You advertise two lounges but only one was open.

I was in the Priority Pass in Dallas in June 2022. Very small, crowded, and little food offered. The room temperature was very hot. I elected to go walk around the terminals which was much better than the lounge. Definitely needs some upgrading and cooling on hot days

The lounge in cancun’s AirPort is a nice place, but the services is not good. The food’s quality is poor. The time to refill the bevarages takes a long time. In general the service is not good

For the first time using Priority Pass, it was a great & exhilarating experience! It happened in Santiago, Dominican Republic (STI). Nice and clean surroundings, outstanding service and attentive customer care deserves a five-star treatment. Kudos for all of them.

The guy on the lounge entrance was clearly embarrassed to turn us away saying that there was a MINIMUM 2-3 hour waiting list. Not acceptable, especially as this lounge doesn’t allow pre booking and there isn’t an alternative.

I had a problem at Cairo Airport in Departures Building No. 1, as it was written on the site that I could use the card, and the crew at the business launch told me that I could not use the card because you did not renew the contract with them, which made me pay them in cash $80 for two people who were very dissatisfied with the service

on entering the lounge at Manchester Airport the front desk was helpful and the entry was smooth. The food was ok we had breakfast, full english, the drinks were ok too. The carpet and chairs do need a good clean but the experience was not to bad.

Very bad experience in the salon in Bogotá, Colombia. The barman was conditioning 3 drinks per person, he said that he only received orders and that is what his bosses told him that he could only deliver per person. He not only told me, he told several people who were there.

I have used Priority Pass for 5 years and have seen a steady decline in value. As an example, in recent trips from LAX, LHR, Lima and GRU I found the Priority Pass lounges unavailable at my flight time. The time restrictions were absurd ( GRU between 11 pm-2am only even though very few international flights operate at those time.)
If the limits keep growing,I will be leaving

I arrived to Lima,Peru hoping to rest in the lounge since my flight was at 1:00am, and I just joined the membership. The lounge that was part of your program closed at 9pm and it was already 8pm. I was lucky to find the LATAM VIP lounge, but I had to pay $50 to be there. It was the best lounge so far on this trip.
